Educational Module-1: Introduction

Currently there is an abundance of Reverse Mortgage information on the Internet and especially if you use the new Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

So much information that it is difficult for an interested party to navigate through it to gain a basic understanding about Reverse Mortgages.

Most of the websites are from Reverse Mortgage lenders and independent third parties that do provide some basic information. These lenders and vested interest advocates are also active with television, print media and postal mail advertisements, with some using celebrity spokespersons.

When analyzed, all of this Reverse Mortgage promotion is geared to generating interest in Reverse Mortgages and directing that interest to that lender's Reverse Mortgage Loan Originators – RMLOs (salespersons…) or to the vested interest third parties who are usually selling leads to the lenders and/or RMLOs.

Usually, they also provide Reverse Mortgage "calculators", which are most always lead capturing forms and systems. These types of calculators cannot be compared to the unique trademarked Reverse Mortgage Simulator™ Section which follows this Educational Section.

Many people are curious about Reverse Mortgages, and this is an easy way for everyone to learn about it under their control and on their own time – without any RMLO involvement or pressure.

All of the Educational Modules are FREE to use with no obligation and are:

• Module-2: The Reverse Mortgage Ecosystem,
• Module-3: Reverse Mortgage History,
• Module-4: The Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM),
• Module-5: Proprietary (Jumbo) Reverse Mortgages,
• Module-6: The Reverse Mortgage Process,
• Module-7: Educational Section Summary.

The structure is to review each Module by hearing its content via audio or by reading its content, followed by a short "comprehension check" at the end of each Module.

Once each Module is completed the next Module will be available for review.

This system keeps track of your progress with the Educational Modules so that you can log out of the system and then when you log back in, you will be directed to where you were when you logged out. Again, always under your own control on your own time.

Once all the Modules in the Educational Section have been reviewed, you can put the information gained to use in the Reverse Mortgage Simulator™ Section, which follows, to estimate what the various Reverse Mortgage loan options may look for a homeowner's (a Prospective Borrower's) primary residence.

The Educational Modules are cumulative and interdependent and at the end of each Module are Comprehension Check Questions (CCQs) to determine if the Registered User has understood the information.

The Registered User must answer two (2) of the CCQs correctly to be able to move to the next Educational Module.
