This is an educational website for individuals who want to learn about Reverse Mortgage loan programs and how a Reverse Mortgage may look for a specific Prospective Borrower and their home.

To use this website, at no cost or obligation, you must become a Registered User so that you can revisit the website in the future on your own time and under your own control

To become a Registered User, first your email address is validated then your mobile telephone number is validated.

Once your Registration is completed your email becomes your Username and you must immediately create your own unique Password.

Once your Password is completed and the type of Registered User information is collected and you become a Registered User, your mobile telephone number is deleted from the system, and you will never receive any telephone calls or text messages from Do-It-Yourself Reverse Mortgage™
